Deine Rolle

Als IT Support Specialist verantwortest du alle operativen IT-Themen im Büroalltag. Du sorgst für die Beschaffung, Bereitstellung und Verwaltung der IT-Ausstattung, unterstützt Mitarbeitende bei technischen Anliegen und kümmerst dich eigenständig um alle anfallenden Aufgaben rund um Hardware, Arbeitsplätze, Geräteverwaltung und Büro-IT. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden jederzeit über die notwendige technische Ausstattung verfügen und reibungslos arbeiten können.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beschaffung, Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Ausgabe von IT-Hardware und technischem Zubehör
  • Betreuung des gesamten Hardware-Lifecycles inklusive Inventarisierung, Austausch, Reparaturen und Retouren
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten, Endgeräten und Softwarelizenzen
  • Durchführung des technischen Onboardings und Offboardings von Mitarbeitenden
  • Betreuung von Besprechungsräumen, Konferenztechnik und weiterer Büro-IT
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister, Softwareanbieter und Lieferanten
  • Verwaltung des IT-Lagers sowie Sicherstellung der Geräteverfügbarkeit
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung bei Budget- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Dokumentation relevanter IT-Prozesse und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Büro-IT und interner IT-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft 365
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hardware, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten
  • Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory und Benutzerverwaltung
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
