So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße

  • Als erste Ansprechperson im IT-Support unterstützt du unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um Arbeitsplatzsysteme, Hardware, Software, Drucker, Benutzerkonten und mobile Endgeräte.
  • Im Helpdesk und 1st-Level-Support analysierst du Störungen, priorisierst Anfragen und sorgst für eine schnelle, serviceorientierte Lösung oder koordinierst die Weitergabe an interne und externe IT-Spezialisten.
  • Die Betreuung und Administration unserer Microsoft-Umgebung gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich – insbesondere Windows-Clients, Microsoft 365, Active Directory sowie Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung.
  • Im laufenden IT-Betrieb wirkst du bei der Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit mit, unterstützt beim Monitoring, bei der Fehleranalyse sowie bei der Behebung technischer Störungen.
  • Hardware und Software werden von dir vorbereitet, eingerichtet und verwaltet – von der Beschaffung über die Installation bis zur Übergabe an die Anwenderinnen und Anwender.
  • Bei der Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur unterstützt du unter anderem in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Backup, Virtualisierung und arbeitest dabei eng mit externen IT-Dienstleistern zusammen.
  • Businessapplikationen betreust du gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und externen Partnern, nimmst Anforderungen auf und unterstützt bei technischen Anpassungen oder Problemlösungen.
  • IT-Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Prozessbeschreibungen hältst du aktuell und sorgst dafür, dass Wissen im Team nachvollziehbar und strukturiert verfügbar ist.
  • In IT-Projekten bringst du dich aktiv ein, unterstützt bei Rollouts, Systemanpassungen und Verbesserungen unserer bestehenden IT-Landschaft.

Das ist deine Ausstattung

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt IT-Infrastruktur, Support oder Systemadministration.
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk, User Support oder in der Windows-Systemadministration.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory sowie Benutzer-, Gruppen- und Rechteverwaltung.
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturthemen wie Netzwerk, Server, Backup, Virtualisierung sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude daran, technische Themen verständlich zu erklären und Anwenderinnen und Anwender zuverlässig zu unterstützen.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Anfragen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Systemen, Daten und Zugriffsrechten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
