岗位要求 1、 3-5 年工作经验，重点本科及以上学历，电商平台策略运营相关经验，电商商家运营经验加分，有项目 0-1 经验或者创业经验加分，懂产品/算法/流量分发加分，潮玩卡牌相关经验加分； 2、有项目管理经验，独立负责关键业务指标； 3、有清晰的逻辑思维，具有有效的规划、分析和解决问题的能力； 5、沟通与跨部门协同能力强，适应性强、学习速度快、积极性高，能迅速适应快节奏的工作环境
