核心职责： 1. 达人合作与内容生态拓展 - 主动挖掘各内容平台（如B站、抖音、快手、小红书等）的潜力新晋达人，建立长期合作关系 - 全程跟进合作内容产出，系统化记录达人视频链接、每日投放数据、效果截图等相关内容，并进行数据分析与复盘 - 探拓能够合作的各类工具、网站等渠道，推动内容传播与用户增长，提升品牌影响力 2. 游戏项目协同推进 - 协助游戏版本更新、活动上线的全流程支持，包括但不限于运营文档撰写、活动方案策划、宣传素材制作等 - 参与玩家社群管理与维护，提升用户活跃与社区凝聚力 - 跨部门协同，与研发、客服团队紧密配合，反馈玩家声音，推动产品优化 3. 能力与特质要求 - 具备出色的信息理解与跨场景沟通能力，能清晰传达合作需求与项目目标 - 注重团队协作，具备较强的抗压性与多任务处理能力，适应灵活高效的工作节奏

岗位要求： - 有过游戏运营、内容合作或社区管理相关经验，每周能够到岗5天 - 熟悉主流内容平台运营规则，具备达人资源或合作案例者优先 - 熟练使用办公协作软件及基本视觉处理工具 - 热爱游戏，对玩家心理与社区文化有敏锐感知
