岗位描述 1. 平台风控体系搭建：主导平台风控与治理的产品能力建设，包括搭建风险防控特征库，可配置化的风控规则引擎、风险模型管理平台、风险数据实时看板等，持续提升产品自动化与精细化防控能力。 2、结合业务风险场景的防控需求，搭建平台监控与治理策略：协助业务观察拆解异常场景的用户行为链路，提取用户特征并制定有效的防控策略，涵盖账号异常注册、虚假挂单、交易欺诈等模块。联动运营团队设计违规处罚与信用修复机制，形成“风险防控-违规处置-信用管理”的治理闭环，同时平衡风险防控与正常用户体验。 3. 数据驱动风险处置：建立有效的数据分析机制，定期拆解风险诱因、违规行为新手段，通过数据挖掘发现潜在风险漏洞，输出优化方案并推动产品迭代；同时沉淀风险处置案例库，为后续同类风险防控提供参考。 4. 跨团队协同落地：联动技术研发、算法、法务合规、运营团队，明确各风险域产品需求优先级，推动功能从需求文档撰写到上线落地；针对突发风险事件，协同各方快速响应，输出临时防控策略与长期产品优化方案。

岗位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品经验，其中至少1年电商风控或平台治理相关经验，深入理解电商账号异常注册、虚假挂单、交易欺诈等违规风险的业务逻辑与防控痛点。 2. 专业能力：具备独立设计某一或多个风险领域的产品经验，能从风险场景拆解到功能落地全流程推进；了解风控规则制定、风险模型基础原理，有规则引擎、风险检测类产品设计经验者优先。 3. 风险洞察与分析能力：对交易风险趋势敏感，能快速识别违规行为的新形态、新手段；具备数据分析能力，能通过数据定位风险问题根源，支撑产品方案优化。 4. 跨团队协作能力：能有效联动上下游部门同事，对齐风险防控目标，推动复杂项目落地；具备良好的沟通表达能力，可清晰传递风控的产品需求与业务价值。
