具体职责： - 负责增长相关工具、插件H5及自动化脚本的开发与维护。 - 利用无头浏览器等技术进行数据抓取、自动化测试与监控，为业务决策和运营提供支持。 - 参与服务端开发，理解前后端协作流程，确保工具链的稳定与高效。 - 持续优化工具性能与开发者体验，推动研发流程的标准化与自动化。 - 与产品、运营及业务团队紧密协作，快速理解需求并将其转化为可靠的技术解决方案。

1. 前端基础与框架： 熟悉 JavaScript/TypeScript，精通至少一种主流前端框架（React/Vue），并能理解其原理，用于开发现代化的工具后台或用户界面。 2. 服务端与工具开发： 熟悉 Node.js，能够使用它进行服务端编程和 CLI 等工具开发。了解至少一种其他服务端语言。 3. 爬虫与自动化： 具备扎实的爬虫经验，熟练掌握 Puppeteer、Playwright 或其他无头浏览器工具进行数据抓取与自动化操作。 4. 工程化与 DevOps： 具备工程化知识，能利用构建、Lint 等工具提升工具代码质量。熟悉 CI/CD 流程，能将其应用于工具项目的自动化部署与交付。 5. 问题排查与优化： 具备 Debug 能力，善于通过日志、抓包、源码分析定位问题。对 HTTP/HTTPS 协议、浏览器工作原理有深入了解，能解决数据抓取中的各类问题。 6. AI 提效： 能熟练运用 AI 编程工具辅助日常开发和问题解决，提升工作效率。
