The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet innovant de développement d’une solution alternative au labour traditionnel, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Ingénieur(e) R&D prêt(e) à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Face aux enjeux environnementaux liés aux pratiques agricoles conventionnelles, ce projet vise à concevoir une solution mécanisée permettant le décompactage et l’aération des sols tout en limitant les impacts négatifs sur la biodiversité, l’érosion des sols et les émissions de CO₂. L’objectif du stage est d’optimiser un premier prototype existant et de valider un concept innovant avant son passage à l’échelle 1.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Réaliser les campagnes d’essais du prototype V1 et analyser les résultats obtenus.
  • Identifier les défaillances, définir les axes d’amélioration et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Réaliser les études de faisabilité, les calculs de dimensionnement, les simulations préliminaires puis participer à la conception et à la réalisation du prototype V2 jusqu’à sa validation.

Profil

Vous êtes en dernière année d’une école d’ingénieur ou en Master 2 avec une spécialisation en mécanique, conception de produits, mécatronique, génie agricole ou systèmes innovants.

Vous possédez de solides connaissances en conception mécanique et souhaitez mettre vos compétences au service d’un projet à fort impact environnemental.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases de :

  • Conception et dimensionnement mécanique ;
  • Analyse fonctionnelle ;
  • Résolution de problèmes techniques ;
  • Méthodologie d'essais et validation expérimentale.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants :

  • Logiciels de CAO (CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo ou équivalent) ;
  • Outils de simulation numérique (calculs mécaniques, éléments finis, etc.) ;
  • Outils bureautiques et de traitement de données.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre curiosité technique, votre esprit d’analyse et votre capacité à être force de proposition.

Ce poste ne nécessite pas d’habilitation défense.
