The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le domaine de l'automobile, nous recherchons un Câbleur H/F pour intervenir sur la fabrication et l'intégration de faisceaux électriques destinés à des applications automobiles à haute technicité.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser le câblage et l'assemblage de faisceaux électriques conformément aux plans et dossiers de fabrication ;
  • Préparer les câbles, connecteurs et accessoires de câblage ;
  • Effectuer les opérations de dénudage, sertissage, brasage, marquage et contrôle ;
  • Réaliser l'intégration des harnais électriques sur les différents sous-ensembles ;
  • Lire et interpréter les schémas électriques et plans de câblage ;
  • Effectuer les autocontrôles et garantir la conformité des réalisations ;
  • Renseigner les documents de fabrication et de traçabilité ;
  • Signaler les anomalies et proposer des améliorations aux équipes méthodes et qualité ;
  • Participer aux opérations de dépannage, de réparation et de modification des faisceaux.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac à Bac+2 en électrotechnique, électricité, maintenance industrielle ou systèmes électroniques.

Vous possédez idéalement une première expérience en :

  • Réalisation de faisceaux électriques ;
  • Câblage embarqué ;
  • Assemblage électromécanique ;
  • Intégration de systèmes électriques.

Une expérience acquise dans les secteurs aéronautique, spatial, défense, ferroviaire ou automobile sera particulièrement appréciée.

Vous maîtrisez :

  • La lecture de plans et schémas électriques ;
  • Les techniques de sertissage, brasage, repérage et contrôle ;
  • Les exigences de qualité et de traçabilité associées aux environnements industriels exigeants.

Compétences appréciées

  • Expérience en câblage aéronautique, ferroviaire, défense ou spatial ;
  • Réalisation de faisceaux complexes et intégration sur prototypes ;
  • Utilisation de connectiques techniques et assemblages à forte valeur ajoutée ;
  • Travail selon des exigences élevées de qualité, de précision et de traçabilité.
