The posting

Dans le cadre de projets innovants dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un PMO prêt à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète au sein d'un environnement exigeant et à forte dimension technologique.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Assurer le pilotage et la coordination des projets en garantissant le respect des objectifs de coûts, qualité, délais et performances définis.
  • Élaborer, consolider et suivre les plannings projets, identifier les risques, piloter les plans d'actions et assurer le suivi des jalons de développement.
  • Animer les instances de pilotage, produire les reportings d'avancement et coordonner les échanges entre les différentes équipes métiers afin de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs projet.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac+5 d'une école d'ingénieurs, d'une école de commerce ou d'une formation universitaire avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet, management industriel ou ingénierie.

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine du pilotage de projets industriels, idéalement acquise dans les secteurs automobile, mobilité, énergie ou industries de haute technologie.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases de :

  • la gestion de projet ;
  • la planification et le suivi des jalons ;
  • la gestion des risques et des plans d'actions ;
  • le reporting et le suivi des indicateurs ;
  • les processus de développement produit.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants :

  • Microsoft Project ;
  • Excel avancé ;
  • Power BI ;
  • Jira ;
  • Confluence ;
  • SAP (apprécié).

Un niveau d'anglais professionnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est requis.

Rigoureux, organisé et doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes capable d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution. Votre esprit d'analyse, votre capacité de synthèse et votre aptitude à fédérer les équipes seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir à ce poste.
