The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet de développement de systèmes électromécaniques et de moteurs électriques haute performance, nous recherchons un Concepteur Mécanique CATIA V6 H/F prêt à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Réaliser les études de conception à partir des cahiers des charges fournis par les Responsables Pièces, en assurant la production des modèles 3D, plans de définition, nomenclatures et documents associés.
  • Garantir la qualité et la conformité des conceptions en respectant les règles métier, les standards de conception, les exigences fonctionnelles ainsi que le retour d'expérience des générations précédentes.
  • Participer au suivi des produits en phase de développement et de vie série en apportant un support aux ateliers, en contribuant à la résolution des incidents et en traitant les non-conformités.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac+2 à Bac+5 en mécanique, électromécanique, génie mécanique ou électrotechnique, d'une école d'ingénieurs ou de formation universitaire.

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la conception mécanique, idéalement appliquée aux moteurs électriques, aux groupes motopropulseurs ou aux systèmes électromécaniques.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases de :

  • la conception mécanique ;
  • les chaînes de cotes et la cotation fonctionnelle ;
  • les systèmes électromécaniques ;
  • les nomenclatures et la gestion de configuration ;
  • les procédés de fabrication mécanique.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants :

  • CATIA V6 ;
  • 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) ;
  • GPS CATIA ;
  • FFC CATIA ;
  • KissSoft ;
  • Microsoft Excel.

Une expérience acquise dans les secteurs automobile, sport automobile, aéronautique ou industrie de haute technologie sera particulièrement appréciée.

Un niveau d'anglais technique permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international est requis.

Rigueur, esprit d'analyse, autonomie, réactivité et goût du travail en équipe seront des qualités essentielles pour réussir dans cette mission.
