The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Systèmes SIL/HIL H/F capable d'intervenir sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des moyens d'essais virtuels et temps réel.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes Ingénierie Systèmes et Validation, vous contribuez au développement, à l'intégration et au maintien en condition opérationnelle des plateformes SIL/HIL destinées à la validation des systèmes embarqués des véhicules.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Définir et rédiger les exigences SIL/HIL associées aux modèles utilisés lors des phases de consultation fournisseurs (RFQ).
  • Élaborer les chapitres SIL/HIL des cahiers des charges des moyens d'essais.
  • Définir les exigences d'intégration des modèles, de compatibilité VEOS/HIL et de configuration des architectures de bus.
  • Construire et maintenir les matrices d'interfaces entre les différents sous-systèmes.
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs ainsi qu'avec les équipes Architecture Électrique & Électronique.
  • Assurer l'intégration des modèles FMU et V-ECU au sein des plateformes de validation.
  • Réaliser les activités de vérification et de recette des moyens d'essais SIL/HIL.
  • Rédiger les rapports de validation, notes de recette et comptes rendus techniques.
  • Piloter les fournisseurs de modèles et assurer le suivi des livraisons, anomalies et non-conformités.
  • Participer aux études de modélisation et de simulation de systèmes physiques.
  • Analyser les performances temps réel et évaluer la fidélité des modèles développés.
  • Assurer la gestion des configurations et le suivi des versions des plateformes d'essais.
  • Contribuer à la formation des utilisateurs et à l'amélioration continue des moyens d'essais.
  • Participer aux plans d'évolution des plateformes HIL et aux projets de capitalisation technique.

Profil

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur (Bac+5) en électronique, systèmes embarqués, génie électrique, mécatronique ou équivalent, vous justifiez de 2 à 8 ans d'expérience en validation de systèmes embarqués, simulation ou essais dans un environnement industriel ou automobile.

  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements SIL/HIL, de la simulation temps réel et des moyens d'essais.
  • Connaissances des outils dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, VEOS et INCA.
  • Maîtrise des réseaux véhicules (CAN, CAN FD, DBC, ARXML) et des architectures E/E.
  • Expérience en intégration de modèles FMU, V-ECU ou systèmes de contrôle-commande appréciée.
  • Capacité à coordonner des interlocuteurs techniques et à piloter des activités de validation.
  • Anglais technique professionnel requis.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'analyse et excellent relationnel.
