The role As a Billing technician you will play a key role in managing the full customer billing cycle for multiple entities within Eddyfi Technologies, ensuring transaction accuracy, data compliance, and process efficiency. As a Billing Technician, you will:
Manage the full customer billing process for various entities within the Eddyfi Technologies group. Review customer orders, purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy and compliance prior to invoicing. Validate billing information, including pricing, billing addresses, taxes, payment terms and customer contacts. Perform matching, coding and transaction entry in the ERP system. Issue and send invoices to customers according to established requirements, whether by email, customer portal or billing platform. Monitor tax exemption certificates and maintain required documentation in Avalara. Respond to billing-related inquiries and support the resolution of discrepancies or issues. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Shipping and Accounting teams to ensure an efficient billing process. Participate in month-end closing activities and meet established deadlines. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of billing processes.

You hold a vocational diploma, college certificate or college diploma in accounting, administration or a related discipline. You have at least five years of relevant experience in billing or accounting. You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You have a solid practical understanding of basic accounting principles. You are comfortable working with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is an asset. You are detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, versatile and discreet. You are able to manage priorities effectively and work well under pressure. You are bilingual in French and English.
