The posting

This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. For more information about our product lines:https://www.senceive.com/https://sensornetworksinc.com/https://sisgeo.com/ We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to support the growth of our geotechnical monitoring business, initially focusing on Italy, with the opportunity to progressively contribute to the development of other European markets. This role combines business development, technical sales and customer relationship management, and you will work closely with our experienced RMS Geotech team. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional or a technically qualified candidate looking to build a career in technical sales within the geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring industry.

Be a part of something bigger! At Eddyfi Technologies, we’re proud to push the boundaries of innovation while fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to do their best work. We believe that diverse perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking strengthen our teams and help us build better solutions for the industries the world depends on. As a world-renowned company, we’re behind some of the most advanced systems in the world—delivering cutting-edge solutions through ET & UT, Remote Monitoring, Nuclear Steam Generators, Automated Vision Systems, and Robotics. Our values

We are customer-centric and put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We innovate with a purpose, developing practical and forward-thinking solutions that solve real-world problems and protect what matters most. We are reliable and accountable, we do what we say we are going to do, taking ownership of our actions and delivering high-quality outcomes with integrity, consistency and transparency. We are stronger together and committed to creating an inclusive environment where voices are heard, respected and supported.

Joining our team means:

Collaborating with experts dedicated to innovation in an environment that values different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. Becoming part of an organization that values commitment, initiative, and collaboration to help achieve common goals. Working in a growing business that encourages learning, curiosity, and respectful challenge. Being supported through fair, transparent and equitable practices. Contributing to meaningful projects that create a lasting impact.

As Junior Sales Manager, you must be able to:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers in Italy. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts. Understand customer needs and support the definition of suitable geotechnical monitoring solutions. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender documentation. Manage opportunities, customer interactions and pipeline activities through Salesforce CRM, Pipeline and Sales Planning. Support customer meetings, presentations, trade shows and industry events. Monitor the Italian market to identify upcoming projects, tenders and business opportunities. Gradually contributes to the development of business opportunities across Europe. Travel regularly to meet customers and support projects.

We encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet every requirement listed, as we recognise that skills and experience can be gained in many ways.

What You are a native Italian speaker and fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. You hold a degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Surveying or a related field, or you have a commercial qualification with a strong interest in technical products. You have ideally 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, engineering or instrumentation, although motivated graduates may also be considered. Experience in geotechnical instrumentation, monitoring or civil infrastructure is an advantage, but not essential. You are interested in building a career in technical sales within an international and technical environment. You communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders and can understand technical requirements to help develop solution-oriented proposals. You have strong organisational, presentation and customer relationship skills. You are comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools and work with strong CRM discipline. You work effectively in an international, cross-functional organisation and are eager to learn both the technical and commercial aspects of geotechnical monitoring.

Working model

This position is based at the company’s headquarters in Masate, with flexibility for remote work.

Why join Eddyfi? We offer you:

A challenging and stimulating work environment. The opportunity to work with leading-edge geotechnical monitoring technologies. Exposure to major infrastructure and geohazard projects across Europe. A dynamic and international team within Eddyfi Technologies. Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
