Au sein de la DAF pour notre entité Edenred Mobility France, nous recherchons notre futur Chargé de Recouvrement H/F en CDI à Montrouge (92) pour rejoindre l’équipe de David, Credit Manager.

Votre impact

Vous contribuez à la santé financière de l'entreprise tout en offrant un service client de qualité, transformant chaque interaction en une opportunité de dialogue et de collaboration.

Vos missions :

  • Gestion des créances (50%) : suivre, gérer un portefeuille de comptes clients en souffrance et analyser les créances
  • Communication avec les clients (30%) : contacter les clients par téléphone, mail ou courrier pour rappeler les paiements dus et négocier des plans de paiement adaptés aux clients
  • Suivi des paiements (15%) : actualiser les systèmes de gestion des créances pour intégrer les paiements reçus et les relances effectuées
  • Reporting et analyse (5%) : élaborer des rapports réguliers sur l’état des créances et les performances de recouvrement

Vos expériences et compétences qui feront votre succès :

Vous êtes issu d'un Bac+3, vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le recouvrement de créances, idéalement dans un environnement B2B.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels de gestions des créances et des systèmes CRM. Vous avez des compétences confirmées en Excel.
