ANFORDERUNGEN

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder entsprechende Servier-Kenntnisse

- Gute Umgangsformen & gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

- Pünktlichkeit, gutes Zeitmanagement, Schnelligkeit

- Verlässlichkeit

- Sauberkeit & Hygiene

- Organisationsfähigkeit

- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

- gute Aufnahmefähigkeit und schnelle Problemlösung

- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten

- Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

AUFGABEN

- Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe & Überwachung der Station für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

- Personalplanung / Koordination des Service-Teams

- Kontrolle & Nachfüllen des Warenbestands und Bestellauftrag an Restaurantleiter

- Betreuung einer Servicestation

- Ausführen eines reibungslosen und qualitativ hochwertigen Gästeservices

- Mitverantwortlich für eine hohe Gästezufriedenheit und einwandfreie Gästebetreuung

- Einhaltung und Kontrolle von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene der Station

- Ansprechpartner und wichtiger Repräsentant des Restaurants

- Gäste empfangen, platzieren und betreuen

- Beraten der Gäste bei der Speisen- und Getränke-Auswahl und Aufnahme von Bestellungen

- ggf. Filetieren, Tranchieren und Flambieren von Speisen

- Bedienen der Kasse, Rechnungsabwicklung mit dem Gast, Kontrolle und Abrechnung des Kassenbestands
