Du hast Lust auf:

  • Aktive Umsetzung des Scandic F&B Konzepts in das tägliche operative Geschäft in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B Management
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Schichtübergabe sowie flexibler Einsatz in den F&B Bereichen
  • aufgeschlossene Kommunikation mit Gästen und kompetentes Verhalten gegenüber Gästebeschwerden im Sinne der Kundenbindung
  • Sicherung der Servicequalität und dem einwandfreien Zustand aller Servicebereiche
  • Koordinierung und Optimierung abteilungsinterner und -übergreifender Abläufe und Kommunikation sowie notwendiger Inventuren
  • Unterstützung, Führung und Schulung des Teams im Sinne der Serviceorientierung bei Scandic

Offenes Ohr Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Führung, sowie Nachbereitung von regelmäßigen Feedbackgesprächen.

Manager Du sorgst für eine professionelle und effektive Koordination zwischen den F&B Outlets (Bankett, Restaurant, Bar).

Allrounder Ob Flipchart, Beyond Burger, Weinempfehlung oder Kaffeerunde, so lange der Gast im Fokus ist, fühlst du dich zuhause.
