Join a team where data, insight, and innovation come together to improve how people work every day. At EDF, Success is Personal, and this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing your career your way.

The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Product Owner for Digital Workplace, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of our Digital Employee Experience capability. With a focus on Aternity and related DEX technologies, you’ll help improve the technology experience of more than 24,000 colleagues across EDF, supporting productivity, satisfaction, and business performance.

Working at the heart of EDF’s digital transformation, you’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, suppliers, and business stakeholders to maximise the value of our DEX investments. Your work will directly support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain by helping create a more efficient, data-led, and productive digital workplace.

You’ll be a confident collaborator who can translate insight into action and influence stakeholders at every level. Are you experienced in…?

  • Strong understanding of Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM), or workplace analytics
  • Experience using telemetry and user experience data to drive business outcomes and service improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A passion for improving the employee technology experience through data and insight

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for EDF’s Digital Employee Experience capability
  • Using Aternity and related platform insights to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and productivity
  • Prioritising product enhancements and improvement initiatives within agile delivery teams
  • Defining product strategy, success measures, and outcomes that deliver measurable business value
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Enterprise IT and the wider business to maximise investment value and drive adoption of data-led decisions

Pay, Benefits and Culture

Alongside a salary starting of £60,000 per annum, potential for an annual bonus, and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more. [

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
