FM Growth é uma empresa do grupo Força Máxima Educação, que implanta um ecossistema em instituições de ensino com foco em alavancar resultados de matrículas. Levamos para instituição de ensino interessada gestão de marketing digital, tecnologia, treinamentos e assessoria especializada.

Estamos em busca de um profissional dinâmico e comprometido para integrar na nossa equipe, atuando na área comercial e de marketing para escola privada bilíngue.

Perfil e Requisitos:

* Formação: Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Publicidade e Propaganda. * Experiência: Mínimo de 1 ano na função (comprovado em CTPS)

Principais Atividades:

Configurar e estruturar o Gerenciador de Negócios, Contas de Anúncio, Perfis Comerciais, integrações com WhatsApp Business e demais plataformas necessárias à execução das campanhas;

Instalar, configurar, validar e manter pixels, APIs de Conversão, códigos de rastreamento e demais ferramentas destinadas à mensuração dos resultados das campanhas publicitárias;

Realizar o planejamento estratégico, criação, segmentação, implementação, gerenciamento e otimização de campanhas de mídia paga em plataformas como Meta Ads, Google Ads e demais canais utilizados;

Monitorar continuamente o desempenho das campanhas, realizando análises de indicadores, testes, otimizações periódicas e ajustes técnicos necessários à melhoria dos resultados;

Administrar as contas de anúncio, promovendo produtos, serviços, eventos, campanhas institucionais e demais ações de comunicação e geração de demanda;

Acompanhar e controlar os investimentos destinados às campanhas de mídia paga, observando os orçamentos previamente definidos e promovendo a melhor alocação dos recursos disponíveis;

Acompanhar, organizar e registrar os leads, cadastros, conversões e demais resultados provenientes das campanhas, assegurando o adequado encaminhamento das informações aos responsáveis pela continuidade do atendimento ou processo comercial;

Elaborar e apresentar relatórios periódicos, quinzenais, mensais ou extraordinários, quando solicitados, contendo indicadores de desempenho, análises técnicas, resultados obtidos e recomendações estratégicas;

Participar e conduzir reuniões de alinhamento, acompanhamento, planejamento e apresentação de resultados junto a contratante e às equipes envolvidas na execução das campanhas;

Atuar de forma integrada com os setores de Social Media, Design, Growth e demais áreas correlatas, fornecendo informações estratégicas, análises de desempenho e direcionamentos necessários ao aprimoramento contínuo das campanhas e das ações de marketing digital;

Executar outras atividades correlatas à gestão de mídia paga, análise de desempenho, mensuração de resultados e marketing digital.
