Vaga: Gestor de Tráfego Pago

Estamos em busca de um profissional orientado a performance para atuar na gestão de tráfego pago das empresas do Grupo Melo & Araújo, com foco em geração de leads qualificados, otimização de campanhas e análise estratégica de dados.

Principais Atividades:

  • Planejar, estruturar e executar campanhas de tráfego pago (Meta Ads, Google Ads e outras plataformas);
  • Gerenciar orçamento e otimizar campanhas com foco em ROI e geração de leads qualificados;
  • Realizar testes A/B contínuos para melhoria de performance;
  • Monitorar métricas-chave (CPC, CPA, CTR, conversão, etc.);
  • Elaborar relatórios periódicos com análise de dados, insights estratégicos e recomendações de melhoria;
  • Atuar em conjunto com o time de marketing e comercial para alinhamento de estratégias;
  • Acompanhar tendências e propor novas oportunidades de crescimento em mídia paga.

Requisitos e habilidades:

  • Estudante ou graduado em áreas como: Marketing Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração Engenharia Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Comunicativo e com boa capacidade de articulação;
  • Proativo e orientado à solução de problemas;
  • Responsável e organizado;
  • Perfil analítico, com foco em dados e resultados;
  • Comprometido com metas e performance.
  • Experiência prática com plataformas de anúncios (Meta Ads e Google Ads);
  • Conhecimento em funil de vendas e jornada do cliente;
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de dados;
  • Experiência na criação de relatórios com análise de performance e geração de insights;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de acompanhamento (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) será um diferencial.
