A posição de Account Executive é essencial para o sucesso da edrone, pois envolve o gerenciamento estratégico de contas e a criação de relacionamentos duradouros com nossos leads. Buscamos alguém com perfil comercial, que saiba identificar oportunidades, elaborar propostas personalizadas e garantir a satisfação dos clientes.

(Início previsto: 01/12/2026)

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Aquisição de clientes, apoiando a preparação e condução de reuniões para atender às necessidades do cliente.
  • Prospectar ativamente oportunidades no banco de dados do HubSpot — ser proativo e incansável na busca de oportunidades.
  • Fornecer feedback ao time de SDR sobre a qualidade dos leads e reuniões
  • Gerenciar seu pipeline de forma autônoma, antecipando desafios e apoiando no fechamento.
  • Analisar indicadores e propor melhorias de performance.
  • Participar das reuniões diárias e colaborar com os times de marketing e produto.
  • Manter excelente relacionamento com o time de suporte da edrone Brasil para seu próprio desenvolvimento profissional.

Requisitos mandatórios:

  • Inglês conversacional (nível intermediário ou avançado)
  • Experiência prévia em empresas SaaS B2B (tecnologia voltada para ERP, CRM, automação de marketing, WhatsApp etc.)
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas outbound com ciclo completo, ou seja, prospecção + fechamento, pois será necessário realizar todo o processo até ter reuniões agendadas pelo time de SDRs.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Excelente comunicação e habilidade de negociação.
  • Capacidade de conduzir apresentações para clientes potenciais.
  • Conhecimento do mercado de e-commerce
  • Proatividade, orientação a resultados e senso de responsabilidade.
  • Boa gestão de tempo e organização pessoal.

KPIs:

  • Atingimento mensal da meta individual (pipeline e resultados).
  • Sugestões de melhorias apresentadas à liderança.
  • Engajamento e comprometimento com o papel.
  • Alinhamento com a cultura de feedback contínuo.

Remuneração

Salário bruto: R$ 4.770,00 + comissões por atingimento de meta e benefícios
