Szukamy handlowca do zespołu New Business, który odpowiada za pozyskiwanie nowych klientów w segmencie małych i średnich sklepów eCommerce w Polsce. To rola oparta w dużej mierze na cold callingu - dzwonisz do zimnej bazy, budujesz pipeline od zera i prowadzisz proces sprzedaży aż do podpisania umowy.

Za co odpowiadasz

Prowadzisz pełen proces sprzedaży - od pierwszego kontaktu z prospectem do podpisania umowy. Do głównych zadań należy:

  • aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów (głównie cold calling)
  • prowadzenie spotkań sprzedażowych i budowanie relacji z prospectami
  • przygotowywanie i prezentowanie ofert dopasowanych do potrzeb klienta
  • negocjowanie warunków i domykanie sprzedaży
  • zarządzanie własnym pipeline'em i raportowanie w HubSpocie

Kogo szukamy

  • minimum rok doświadczenia w sprzedaży B2B (eCommerce to plus, nie wymóg)
  • udokumentowane wyniki - dowozisz target, a nie tylko „działasz"
  • drive do działania: uczysz się przez liczbę rozmów, nie przez teorię
  • komfort w cold callingu - to 60%+ dnia pracy
  • angielski min. B1+
  • gotowość do pracy z biura (Kraków, ul. Lekarska 1)

Co oferujemy

Wynagrodzenie: B2B 9 050 - 11 600 PLN netto FV lub UoP 8 350 - 11 300 PLN brutto + prowizja od liczby zamkniętych umów. NBM-i w zespole zarabiają 3-10 tys. PLN netto miesięcznie, top performerzy regularnie 15k+, bez górnego limitu.

Pierwsze 90 dni

  • Tydzień 1–2: szkolenie połączone z praktyką - poznajesz produkt, proces sprzedaży, narzędzia i kulturę organizacyjną
  • 30 dni: zaczynasz działać w roli i realizujesz pierwszy target sprzedażowy
  • 60 i 90 dni: konsekwentnie dowozisz target, wyróżniasz się zaangażowaniem i postawą, bierzesz udział w indywidualnych szkoleniach wspierających dalszy rozwój w roli

Proces rekrutacji

  1. Rozmowa online z Hiring Managerem - doświadczenie, podejście sprzedażowe i dopasowanie do zespołu
  2. Spotkanie w biurze — krótki roleplay sprzedażowy
  3. Decyzja + welcome on board
