- Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with the wider welfare team, cover shifts and remain flexible to ensure all students receive the support they need.
- Support Student Activities: On quieter days, take on a more hands-on role supporting activities and excursions, spending time with students and helping create a positive summer experience.
Who You Are:
- Compassionate, patient and approachable, with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles, ideally with previous experience working with young people.
- Reliable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends and on-call hours.
- Proactive and solution-oriented. You're confident using your own initiative and taking responsibility when needed.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player who enjoys working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport or valid work permit).
Details:
- Duration: Contracts starting in June and running until August. Start date can be discussed.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks, including shift work.

About Us
Some companies are in the business of banking. Others are in the business of shoes. Or sports. Or soft drinks. At EF, we're in a different kind of business. One that's a little less tangible, and a lot more important. Because our business, what we make, makes everything else possible. We're in the business of understanding. Between people. Between cultures.
For over half a century we’ve been the leader in international educational programs and experiences designed to foster such understanding. Through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel, we create the kinds of immersive experiences that challenge biases, open minds, and pave the way for a more understanding world.
You’ll find our offices and schools located in some of the world’s greatest cities, and filled with smart, driven people (over 50,000 of us) who push each other to be better every day. But it’s what we do together - building greater understanding, breaking down barriers, and creating a better world - that makes all the difference.
