  • An Wochenenden und nachts bist Du der pädagogische Ansprechpartner für unsere jugendlichen Sportler im Internat.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Beratung junger Leistungssportler, die im Sportinternat des 1. FC Köln leben und lernen.
  • Du beobachtest und förderst die Jugendlichen in ihrer persönlichen und sozialen Entwicklung.
  • Du unterstützt sie in ihrer dualen Karriere, indem Du bspw. Projekt- und Kleingruppenarbeiten betreust und Dich als fachkompetenter Gesprächspartner anbietest.
  • Du förderst die Entwicklung der Eigenverantwortung der Jugendlichen durch "Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe".
  • Dort, wo es erforderlich ist, leistet Du pädagogische Einzelfallhilfe.
  • Du bist die Ansprechperson für die Eltern.

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

  • Optimalerweise bereits ab Oktober 2026 hast Du Zeit, uns 20 Stunden in der Woche zu unterstützen, in den Semesterferien auch darüber hinaus.
  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Sozialpädagogik, Sportwissenschaften oder Erziehungswissenschaften.
  • Du kannst nachts und/oder an Wochenendenden arbeiten.
  • Voraussetzung ist, dass Du einen Trainerschein oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in den oben genannten Schwerpunkten hast, welches eine Anforderung der Jugendaufsichtsbehörde an die Funktion ist.
  • Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen in der pädagogischen Arbeit und im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen.
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kannst gut zuhören und kommunizierst klar und zielorientiert.
  • Du kannst und darfst Auto fahren.
