Dein tägliches Workout

- Event-Management & Prozesse: Du unterstützt tatkräftig bei der Organisation interner Teamevents sowie Veranstaltungen für unsere Vertriebspartner und pflegst unsere Abläufe übersichtlich in Notion

- Marktentwicklung: Du treibst das Wachstum und die Entwicklung unserer Distributoren in verschiedenen europäischen und asiatischen Märkten voran, indem du datenbasiert unterstützt und als kompetenter Ansprechpartner aus dem EGYM HQ agierst

- Data-Work: Du konsolidierst Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen (Excel, Tableau, SalesForce, interne Tools wie Google Products)

- Reporting: Du unterstützt den Senior Business Operations Manager und den VP International Sales beim Reporting, insbesondere in Bezug auf Regular Business Updates, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)

Dein Fitnesslevel

- Qualifikation: Du befindest Dich im Studium, idealerweise mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt

- Tools: Du verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Kommunikation: Du sprichst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2) und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)

- Arbeitsweise: Du bist selbstmotiviert, sehr gut organisiert und achtest auf Details. Dabei bringst Du eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung, eine proaktive Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft mit, bei Bedarf ad-hoc-Aufgaben zu übernehmen

- Datenkompetenz: Du bist zahlenaffin und kannst wichtige Geschäftszahlen verstehen sowie interpretieren
