The posting

Rejoignez une équipe engagée au service de l'habitat en tant que Chargé de gestion locative H/F et contribuez au parcours résidentiel de nos locataires.

Au sein de notre Direction Territoriale vous aurez 3 missions principales :

🔑 Entrée dans les lieux

  • Préparer le dossier du locataire entrant
  • Préparer le dossier de cautionnement (VISALE, FSL) et suivre le dossier jusqu'à obtention
  • Convoquer le locataire pour la signature du bail et éditer le contrat de location
  • Réaliser la signature du bail
  • Créer et renseigner le compte locataire
  • Réaliser la demande d'APL
  • Informer le service quittancement
  • Saisir et gérer les demandes de parking des locataires en place + des demandeurs externes

📋Vie administrative bail

  • Assurer le classement du dossier locataire
  • S'assurer de la saisie informatique du dossier dans les délais impartis
  • Saisir les demandes de remises étudiants 50%
  • Prendre en charge, mettre à jour et clôturer les affaires
  • Procèder aux mises à jour de la vie du bail (avenants…)

📤Fin de contrat location

  • Enregistrer le départ dans dans notre logiciel
  • Procéder à l’arrêté du compte locataire selon les situations
  • Fixer avec le locataire la date de départ ainsi que l’état des lieux de sortie

Tout au long de vos missions vous serez en étroite collaboration avec les conseillers commerciaux, les chargés de secteur et les assistant de territoire.

⭐ Le profil que nous aimerions rencontrer :

  • Formation bac +2 profession immobilière ou expérience significative dans la gestion locative
  • Vous possédez des notions juridiques en gestion locative
  • Vous maitrisez l'outil informatique, l'expression orale et écrite

Organisé(e), adaptable et réactif(ve), vous savez gérer les priorités et les situations sensibles. Rigoureux(se) dans l'application des procédures, vous faites preuve de discrétion, de neutralité et appréciez le travail en équipe.
