The posting

Dans le cadre d'un renfort, nous recherchons 2 gestionnaires de mise en location pour un CDD de 8 mois.

Au sein de notre Direction Territoriale vous aurez pour missions :

Le bail

  • Convoquer le locataire pour la signature du bail et éditer le contrat de location
  • Réaliser la signature du bail
  • Créer et renseigner le compte locataire
  • Réaliser la demande d'APL
  • Programmer l'état des lieux d'entrée

L'état des lieux d'entrée

  • Accueillir et procéder à l'installation du nouveau locataire
  • Réaliser un état des lieux expliqué, détaillé et conforme aux procédures
  • Expliquer les droits et obligations du locataire
  • Présenter les documents relatifs à la vie dans le logement (règlement intérieur, paiement du loyer et des charges, dispositifs d'accompagnement et contrats de service,....)

Pendant la durée du contrat vous serez affectés à différents territoires en fonction de l'activité.

Le profil que nous aimerions rencontrer :

  • Formation bac +2 profession immobilière ou expérience significative dans la gestion locative
  • Vous possédez des notions juridiques en gestion locative
  • Vous maitrisez l'outil informatique, l'expression orale et écrite

Organisé(e), vous savez gérer les priorités et les situations sensibles. Rigoureux(se) dans l'application des procédures, vous faites preuve de discrétion, de neutralité et appréciez le travail en équipe.
