The posting

Devenir employé(e) d'immeubles chez Ekidom, c’est choisir de s’investir dans une mission d’intérêt général : offrir un cadre de vie agréable et sûr à tous. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité du quotidien des habitants, en veillant à la propreté et à la convivialité de leur environnement.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer la propreté et le bon ordre des parties communes, des abords et des locaux communs des bâtiments.
  • Participer aux objectifs de proximité / de connaissance du secteur par ses échanges avec différents interlocuteurs (chargés de secteur, locataires, prestataires)
  • Signaler les anomalies constatées et les risques en matière de sécurité des personnes et des biens (ascenseurs, extincteurs, ferme-portes, interrupteurs, chauffage et eau chaude collective…)
  • Rappeler aux locataires les principes de base du règlement intérieur en lien avec sa mission
  • Afficher et distribuer les informations auprès des locataires
  • Réaliser la mise à jour des tableaux d’affichage

Vous pourrez être amené à :

  • Effectuer des actions collectives d’entretien sur d’autres secteurs selon les besoins définis par le Chargé de secteur ou le Responsable de secteur
  • Tutorer des jeunes dans le cadre de chantiers liés à son activité (décapage, gros nettoyage …)
  • Accueillir, former, faire prendre connaissance du secteur à un nouveau salarié, un remplaçant…à l’accompagner durant la durée de sa mission

  • Sens du service et bon relationnel avec les locataires
  • Rigueur, fiabilité et sens de l’organisation
  • Autonomie et réactivité sur le terrain
  • Polyvalence et esprit d’équipe
  • Respect des consignes de sécurité, gestes et postures adaptés
  • Goût du travail bien fait et souci de la propreté

Qualifications et Expérience

  • Formation type CQP dans le domaine du nettoyage
  • Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire est un atout.
  • Permis B souhaitable

Conditions de Travail

  • Travail physique requis, capacité à soulever des objets lourds, à monter des escaliers
  • Horaires de travail en journée
