El Cronista, el medio económico líder de Argentina, busca incorporar un/a Analista de Datos al equipo de Producto Digital.

Buscamos una persona con capacidad analítica, organización y atención al detalle, orientación a resultados, para identificar y combinar distintas fuentes de datos, transformarlas en información relevante en tableros de visualización y seguir las métricas de tráfico y gestión, con el fin de generar insights de negocio para todas las áreas de la empresa.

Esperamos perfiles curiosos, analíticos, independientes, pero con excelente trabajo en equipo y sed de crecimiento. Es importante el pensamiento crítico.

Responsabilidades:

📊 Visualización de datos

  • Diseñar, construir y mantener dashboards y reportes con herramientas de BI (Power BI)
  • Desarrollar modelos semánticos avanzados y fórmulas DAX para análisis complejos en Power BI
  • Garantizar la actualización y consistencia de visualizaciones para stakeholders clave

🔧 Administración de datos

  • Gestionar el Data Warehouse y sus conexiones con bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL)
  • Mantener y optimizar modelos relacionales SQL

🔗 Integraciones y automatización

  • Conectar APIs de plataformas externas (analytics web, CRM, redes sociales, herramientas de marketing) para enriquecer datasets
  • Desarrollar scripts en Python para automatización de procesos y análisis avanzado.
  • Acompañar proyectos estratégicos de punta a punta

👥 Gestión de audiencias

  • Manejar herramientas de medición de tráfico y análisis de comportamiento de usuarios
  • Crear y segmentar audiencias en plataformas de gestión de datos para campañas y personalización

💡 Análisis estratégico

  • Generar insights sobre comportamiento de usuarios, performance editorial y tendencias
  • Entender el comportamiento de las métricas de la organización y analizar su evolución para futuras recomendaciones
  • Proponer acciones para optimizar distribución (buscadores, SEO) y monetización

💡 Innovación con IA

  • Investigar y aplicar conceptos de IA en proyectos de predicción, clasificación y personalización.

Requisitos

- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de las carreras Ingeniería de sistemas o informática, Estadística, Matemática, Ciencias Económicas, Sociología, Antropología o afines.

- Inglés intermedio/avanzado (excluyente)

- Mínimo 2 años en posiciones similares de análisis de datos o Business Intelligence

Las siguientes habilidades son obligatorias para la posición:

  • ✅Noción estadística

  • ✅ Python (lenguaje de programación)
  • ✅ Herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau o similares)
  • ✅ SQL
  • ✅ ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
  • ✅Diseño y mantenimiento de pipelines
  • ✅ Excel avanzado
