Descripción del Rol: Analista/Ingeniero de Datos

Ubicación: Híbrido (dos/tres veces por semana en las oficinas de Florida)

Nuestro Cliente es una compañía líder en el sector logístico y postal, especializada en brindar soluciones de última milla. Con un equipo de 1700 empleados, 50 sucursales propias y más de 400 puntos de retiro en todo el país.

Objetivo del Puesto:

Buscamos un Analista de Datos para liderar la creación y optimización de soluciones analíticas, garantizando la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad del dato en toda la organización.

La persona será responsable del diseño de modelos semánticos, la integración de múltiples fuentes de datos y la construcción de dashboards de alto impacto que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Recopilar, limpiar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes.
  • Diseñar e implementar KPIs, métricas y dashboards interactivos en Power BI, aplicando buenas prácticas de modelado y performance.
  • Redactar consultas SQL eficientes para extraer, transformar y manipular datos según las necesidades del negocio.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para comprender sus requerimientos y proporcionar análisis, reportes y soluciones de alto valor.
  • Participar en la definición de estándares de datos, semántica, modelos y mejores prácticas en BI.
  • Contribuir activamente a la cultura de datos de la empresa, impulsando la toma de decisiones basada en información confiable.

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills):

  • Experiencia comprobable en roles de Analista de Datos o BI (mínimo 2–3 años).
  • Dominio de Power BI, incluyendo creación de dashboards, visualizaciones, relaciones y modelado de datos.
  • SQL avanzado: joins complejos, CTEs, agregaciones, subconsultas, optimización y manipulación de grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con múltiples bases de datos y distintos orígenes de información.
  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con enfoque en interpretación de datos.

Deseable: Experiencia en entornos logísticos o de última milla.

  • Excelente comunicación con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.
  • Pensamiento analítico y fuerte orientación a resultados.
