El perfil se orienta a profesionales que cuenten con experiencia previa en roles de gestión de proyectos, habilidades sólidas de liderazgo, comunicación, capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas y adaptarse a un entorno en constante evolución.

Principales desafíos:

- Liderar técnicamente la evolución y desarrollo de productos digitales y plataformas tecnológicas.

- Coordinar equipos de desarrollo, promoviendo buenas prácticas de ingeniería, calidad técnica y escalabilidad.

- Asegurar la implementación exitosa de nuevas funcionalidades, mejoras evolutivas y proyectos estratégicos.

- Trabajar de manera colaborativa con Product Owners, Líderes Funcionales y áreas de negocio.

- Estimar esfuerzos, complejidad de tareas y entregables.

- Investigar e incorporar nuevas tecnologías, tendencias digitales y oportunidades de mejora continua.

Será altamente valorado, haber llevado adelante proyectos de desarrollos en portales web con CMS.

Requisitos

  • Grado universitario en Tecnología de la Información, Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado (posgrado preferido).
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y equipos técnicos, bajo metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de desarrollo, preferentemente en la industria de medios de comunicación.
  • Experiencia en diseño de soluciones escalables e integración.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Orientación a resultados, escalamiento de problemas y capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Conciencia de las tendencias actuales y futuras en tecnología y medios de comunicación.
  • Ingles B1 en adelante
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Java, APIs, Node.JS, React, MongoDB, Jira/Monday, Metodología Agile/Scrum, Metodología SDLC
