POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Plateforme d'investissement Cryptomonnaie et Social Media spécialisée dans les contrats à terme, le prêt et l'emprunt à travers les Cryptos. Serious player de l'univers Crypto backé par un groupe de Venture Capitalist du Web3 et ayant récemment levé 7 Millions. Taille : 20 personnes Marchés : France et International. Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris avec Télétravail hybride. Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Plus de 7 ans en développement Typescript, Reactjs, Nodejs, en tant que Lead ou Référent Diplômes : Bac + 5, Ingénieur, Master/PhD en Informatique ou Mathématiques. Background : Expérience dans un contexte de forte croissance (Start-up / Crypto / Fintech) et intérêt pour la Mass et la Finance décentralisée ainsi que la conception Produit et L'UX. Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Administratif : L’employeur n'accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...), les candidats doivent déjà être sur le sol Francais. MISSIONS En tant que tech lead : - Vous serez responsable de la direction technique de l'entreprise et de l'équipe de développeurs. - Vous participerez quotidiennement à la gestion des livrables, du produit, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration des compétences des développeurs et ingénieurs sous votre responsabilité. - Vous devrez mettre en place les meilleurs processus de développement, effectuer des revues de code et intervenir de manière proactive si nécessaire, afin de vous assurer que l'équipe reste alignée sur l'objectif commun : Dominer l'espace Crypto en devenant la seule interface dont un investisseur aurait jamais besoin. Profil Solide expérience en TypeScript (React et Node). Solide expérience dans la gestion d'équipe. Être pédagogue avec d'excellentes qualités oratoires et de communication. Savoir simplifier des sujets complexes de manière à ce qu'un étudiant de première année puisse suivre la discussion. Faire preuve de proactivité et d'initiative. Bonnes capacités en Problem solving. Très bon esprit d'équipe. Un intérêt particulier pour Mass et la finance décentralisée. Un intérêt particulier pour la conception produit et l'experience utilisateur. Diplôme d'ingénieur ou un Master/PhD en Informatique ou Mathématiques.
