Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n DaF-/DaZ-Dozent*in (m/w/d) für Integrationskurse, Alphabetisierungskurse, Berufssprachkurse sowie weitere Sprachkursformate.

Es handelt sich um eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung mit einem Stellenanteil von bis zu 85 %. Einsatzort ist Osnabrück. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet. Eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit wird angestrebt.

Ihre Mission

Sie überwinden Sprachbarrieren, indem Sie mit Hingabe und Fachwissen Deutsch in Integrations-, Alphabetisierungs- und Berufssprachkursen vermitteln. Dabei begleiten Sie Teilnehmende je nach Kursformat vom ersten Spracherwerb über das Niveau B1 hinaus bis hin zu berufsbezogenen Sprachkompetenzen. Möglicherweise leiten Sie auch die Einführung in das lateinische Alphabet und schaffen damit die Grundlage für ein solides Sprachverständnis. Ihre Kurse sind mehr als Unterrichtsstunden: Sie eröffnen den Teilnehmenden Wege in Alltag, Beruf und Gesellschaft. Im Orientierungskurs vermitteln Sie Einblicke in Kultur, Geschichte und das politische Leben Deutschlands. Ihre Aufgabe geht über den Unterricht hinaus. Sie führen Einstufungstests durch, bestimmen Sprachniveaus und unterstützen bei Prüfungsformaten von A1 bis C1. Die Dokumentation Ihrer Kurse gemäß den BAMF-Vorgaben ist essenziell, um Lernfortschritte nachvollziehbar zu machen und eine qualitativ hochwertige Kursdurchführung sicherzustellen.

Ihre Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung zeigt, dass Sie gemeinsam mit uns wachsen möchten.
