Estamos a recrutar um(a) AI Consultant para integrar a criação de um AI & Data Hub de âmbito europeu, orientado para acelerar a adoção de soluções avançadas de Inteligência Artificial e Analytics em múltiplos mercados.

Esta função posiciona-se na interseção entre estratégia e tecnologia, combinando visão de negócio com capacidade técnica para desenhar e implementar soluções de IA que gerem impacto mensurável e sustentável.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá liderar ou apoiar iniciativas de IA desde a definição estratégica até à implementação técnica, colaborando com equipas multidisciplinares e assegurando alinhamento entre objetivos de negócio e soluções tecnológicas. Trata-se de um papel com forte exposição internacional e impacto transversal em diferentes setores de atividade.

Responsabilidades

Liderar ou apoiar projetos de IA, desde a fase estratégica até à implementação

Identificar e estruturar casos de uso de IA alinhados com objetivos de negócio

Avaliar viabilidade técnica e operacional das soluções propostas

Atuar como elo de ligação entre equipas globais e mercados locais, assegurando alinhamento e consistência

Adaptar soluções de IA às especificidades setoriais, integrando conhecimento de indústria

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Data Science, Matemática, Estatística ou área equivalente

Experiência entre 4 e 6 anos em funções semelhantes, preferencialmente em contexto de consultoria ou ambientes dinâmicos

Proficiência em linguagens como Python, R ou equivalentes

Conhecimento de frameworks de IA e Machine Learning, como TensorFlow, PyTorch ou Scikit learn

Familiaridade com plataformas cloud como AWS, Azure ou GCP e ferramentas de MLOps

Forte capacidade de análise, pensamento crítico e resolução de problemas

Capacidade de comunicar conceitos técnicos a públicos não técnicos

Inglês fluente, escrito e falado

Valorizamos Adicionalmente

Experiência comprovada no desenho e implementação de soluções de IA em contextos reais de negócio

Conhecimento de princípios de engenharia de dados e experiência com grandes volumes de informação
