Estamos a recrutar um(a) AI Engineer para integrar a criação de um AI & Data Hub de âmbito europeu, concebido para acelerar a adoção de soluções avançadas de Inteligência Artificial e Analytics em múltiplos mercados.

Esta função assume um papel determinante numa iniciativa estratégica de transformação digital, liderando projetos de Artificial Intelligence e Machine Learning e desenvolvendo soluções escaláveis que suportam programas de elevado impacto organizacional.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável pela operacionalização e industrialização de modelos de IA, garantindo que as soluções desenvolvidas evoluem do protótipo para ambientes produtivos robustos, seguros e escaláveis. Irá colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares, incluindo consultores estratégicos, data scientists e engenheiros de software, assegurando que as soluções de IA geram impacto real e sustentável.

Responsabilidades

Implementar e colocar em produção modelos de IA em ambientes escaláveis

Integrar soluções de IA com sistemas empresariais e workflows operacionais

Otimizar o desempenho dos modelos em termos de velocidade, precisão e fiabilidade

Garantir a aplicação de standards de segurança e compliance nas implementações

Colaborar com equipas de MLOps e Data Engineering para assegurar entregas consistentes e sustentáveis

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Data Science, Inteligência Artificial ou área equivalente

Mais de 5 anos de experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de soluções de AI e Machine Learning em contexto corporativo ou de consultoria

Forte domínio de Python, R ou Scala

Experiência prática com frameworks como TensorFlow, PyTorch ou Scikit learn

Experiência com plataformas cloud, como Azure, AWS ou GCP, e boas práticas de MLOps

Conhecimento sólido de arquitetura de dados, integração via APIs e integração de sistemas

Excelente capacidade de comunicação e orientação a resultados

Inglês fluente, escrito e falado
