The posting

A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Analista de Risco ICT, para integração numa equipa especializada em risco tecnológico, num contexto financeiro e regulado.

A função terá como principal objetivo apoiar a identificação, avaliação, monitorização e reporte de riscos associados às Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação, contribuindo para o reforço da resiliência operacional e do cumprimento regulamentar.

Função

Será responsável por acompanhar riscos tecnológicos, incidentes ICT, avaliações de risco e planos de mitigação, trabalhando de forma transversal com diferentes áreas da organização.

A posição terá também uma forte componente de análise, investigação, reporting e acompanhamento de requisitos regulamentares.

Responsabilidades

  • Registar, classificar e avaliar incidentes ICT;
  • Acompanhar a evolução e resolução dos incidentes tecnológicos;
  • Monitorizar indicadores de risco tecnológico;
  • Avaliar a qualidade do reporte de incidentes ICT;
  • Acompanhar avaliações de risco realizadas por diferentes áreas internas;
  • Avaliar riscos associados a novos projetos, alterações tecnológicas e iniciativas de transformação digital;
  • Analisar riscos associados à implementação de novos serviços;
  • Monitorizar planos de ação e medidas de mitigação;
  • Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e dashboards de risco ICT;
  • Preparar informação para órgãos de gestão e comités internos;
  • Analisar o impacto de novos requisitos regulamentares;
  • Apoiar a implementação de medidas decorrentes de alterações regulatórias;
  • Contribuir para a evolução do framework de gestão de risco ICT;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de resiliência operacional digital;
  • Participar em temas relacionados com gestão de terceiros ICT e continuidade de negócio.

MUST HAVE

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Informática de Gestão, Sistemas de Informação ou área semelhante;
  • Experiência profissional até 3 anos em:IT Audit; ICT Risk; Technology Risk; Cyber Risk; consultoria tecnológica ou auditoria;
  • Conhecimentos de DORA e dos seus principais requisitos;
  • Conhecimentos de normas e frameworks de segurança da informação;
  • Fluência em português e inglês;
  • Boa capacidade de análise e síntese;
  • Experiência na elaboração de documentação e reporting;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Organização, rigor e capacidade de acompanhamento de múltiplas iniciativas.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência anterior no setor financeiro;
  • Experiência em ambientes regulados;
  • Conhecimentos de COBIT;
  • Conhecimentos de ITIL;
  • Conhecimentos de ISO 27001;
  • Conhecimentos de ISO 22301;
  • Conhecimentos de ISO 31000;
  • Conhecimentos de NIST;
  • Conhecimentos de NIS2;
  • Conhecimentos de infraestrutura, cloud, redes, bases de dados ou cibersegurança;
  • Experiência em gestão de risco de fornecedores tecnológicos;
  • Experiência em continuidade de negócio;
  • Certificações ou formação em risco, auditoria, cibersegurança ou IT Governance.
