Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um Business Analyst / Appian Consultant para integrar projetos de transformação no setor de Financial Services, trabalhando na interseção entre negócio e tecnologia.

A função terá um forte foco em Business Process Management (BPM), workflow automation e soluções low-code baseadas em Appian, apoiando instituições financeiras na otimização de processos, melhoria da eficiência operacional e transformação digital.

Principais Responsabilidades

Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e funcionais através de workshops, entrevistas e interação com stakeholders;

Analisar, redesenhar e otimizar processos de negócio, identificando oportunidades de automação e ganhos de eficiência;

Desenvolver e manter modelos AS-IS e TO-BE, process flows e documentação funcional;

Documentar business requirements, user stories, use cases, backlog items e functional specifications;

Apoiar a criação, priorização e gestão do backlog;

Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos para as equipas de implementação;

Apoiar o desenho e implementação de soluções de BPM, workflow e low-code, com particular foco em Appian;

Participar em projetos BPM end-to-end, desde o levantamento de requisitos e desenho dos processos até à implementação, testes e validação;

Apoiar atividades de testing, validation e User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

Trabalhar como elemento de ligação entre stakeholders de negócio e equipas tecnológicas;

Participar em reuniões, workshops e sessões de trabalho com clientes;

Contribuir para iniciativas de process improvement, digital transformation e operational excellence.

Requisitos

Entre 2 e 5 anos de experiência em Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Transformation ou projetos de transformação suportados por tecnologia;

Experiência prática em levantamento de requisitos, Business Analysis e Stakeholder Management;

Experiência na documentação de user stories, use cases, process flows e modelos AS-IS / TO-BE;

Experiência hands-on com Appian em projetos de process automation, workflow ou BPM;

Experiência em projetos BPM end-to-end, desde a definição dos requisitos de negócio até à implementação funcional e técnica;

Capacidade para traduzir requisitos de negócio em especificações funcionais e técnicas;

Experiência prática na criação, priorização e gestão de backlog;

Conhecimentos de workflow automation, business rules, process orchestration e tecnologias low-code;

Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;

Boa capacidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders;

Inglês mínimo B2.

Valorizamos

Experiência anterior em Banking, Insurance ou Wealth & Asset Management;

Conhecimento de processos e operating models do setor financeiro;

Experiência em ambientes Agile;

Conhecimentos de Azure DevOps ou Jira;

Experiência na condução de workshops e requirements discovery sessions;

Certificações ou formação em Appian, Business Analysis, Agile, BPM ou plataformas low-code;

Participação em projetos de transformação digital end-to-end;

Familiaridade com ferramentas emergentes de Inteligência Artificial, incluindo Microsoft Copilot.

Procuramos um profissional que combine uma forte capacidade de Business Analysis com experiência prática em Appian e BPM.

O perfil deverá sentir-se confortável entre negócio e tecnologia, conseguindo compreender um problema operacional, mapear o processo atual, desenhar o processo futuro e transformar as necessidades identificadas em requisitos suficientemente claros para implementação tecnológica.

Mais do que um perfil puramente funcional ou técnico, procuramos alguém capaz de funcionar como verdadeira ponte entre o negócio e as equipas de delivery, com consulting mindset, orientação para o cliente e foco na criação de valor.
