Estamos a recrutar um(a) Commercial Due Diligence Manager para integrar um hub internacional especializado em Commercial Due Diligence e Transaction Strategy, apoiando projetos de Private Equity, Investment Banking e investidores estratégicos em operações internacionais de M&A.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável pela liderança de projetos internacionais de Commercial Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence e definição de estratégias de transação, contribuindo para decisões de investimento através de análises de mercado, avaliação estratégica e criação de valor.

Responsabilidades

Liderar projetos de Commercial Due Diligence e Vendor Due Diligence em contexto internacional.

Definir estratégias de transação para operações de M&A.

Coordenar equipas multidisciplinares e diferentes workstreams em simultâneo.

Atuar como principal interlocutor junto de clientes e stakeholders executivos.

Desenvolver análises de mercado, crescimento, posicionamento competitivo e criação de valor.

Produzir apresentações e recomendações estratégicas para Comités de Investimento e C-Level.

Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de metodologias, standards de qualidade e ativos de conhecimento.

Participar em iniciativas comerciais e de desenvolvimento de negócio junto de fundos e investidores.

Requisitos

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Commercial Due Diligence, Transaction Strategy ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência em projetos internacionais ou em ambientes multiculturais.

Experiência direta com clientes de Private Equity, Investment Banking ou investidores estratégicos.

Experiência em análise estratégica, atratividade de mercado, estratégias de crescimento e business plans.

Experiência na liderança de equipas e gestão de entregas complexas.

Excelente capacidade de comunicação com interlocutores executivos.

Inglês fluente (obrigatório).

Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais frequentes.

Valorizamos

Fluência em espanhol, francês, alemão ou neerlandês.

Experiência em Buy-side Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence ou Post-Merger Value Creation.

Experiência na apresentação de resultados a Investment Committees, Boards e C-Level.

Experiência comercial junto de fundos de investimento e investidores estratégicos.

Conhecimento aprofundado de dois ou mais setores de atividade internacionais.
