Estamos a recrutar um(a) Commercial Due Diligence Senior Consultant para integrar um hub internacional especializado em Commercial Due Diligence e Transaction Strategy, apoiando projetos de Private Equity, Investment Banking e investidores estratégicos em operações internacionais de M&A.

A função destina-se a profissionais com experiência em consultoria estratégica e transações, capazes de liderar workstreams de forma autónoma e apoiar decisões de investimento através de análises de mercado, concorrência e criação de valor.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável pela gestão de workstreams de Commercial Due Diligence, conduzindo análises estratégicas, investigação de mercado e desenvolvimento de recomendações para investidores e equipas de gestão em contexto internacional.

Responsabilidades

Liderar workstreams de Commercial Due Diligence, desde a definição de hipóteses até às conclusões finais.

Desenvolver análises de mercado, clientes, concorrência e planos de negócio.

Conduzir investigação primária, incluindo entrevistas a especialistas, clientes e stakeholders.

Elaborar apresentações executivas e recomendações estratégicas para investidores.

Colaborar diretamente com equipas de Private Equity, Investment Banking e gestão de topo.

Apoiar e orientar consultores mais juniores durante os projetos.

Produzir análises estruturadas e evidência que suportem decisões de investimento.

Participar em projetos internacionais e equipas multidisciplinares.

Requisitos

Entre 3 e 5 anos de experiência em Strategy Consulting, Commercial Due Diligence, M&A Advisory, Transaction Strategy ou funções equivalentes.

Experiência em projetos internacionais ou ambientes multiculturais.

Exposição a projetos de Private Equity, Investment Banking ou investidores estratégicos.

Capacidade para liderar workstreams de forma autónoma.

Forte experiência em análise de mercado, concorrência, dimensionamento de mercado e business plans.

Excelente capacidade analítica, de síntese e comunicação executiva.

Inglês fluente (obrigatório).

Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais.

Valorizamos

Fluência em espanhol, francês, alemão ou neerlandês.

Experiência em Buy-side Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence ou Value Creation.

Experiência em investigação primária, entrevistas de mercado e customer research.

Experiência no acompanhamento e mentoria de consultores juniores.

Domínio avançado de Excel e PowerPoint.

Conhecimento aprofundado de setores internacionais e mercados globais.
