A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Contabilista Sénior – Contabilidade Espanhola, para integração numa equipa financeira com responsabilidade sobre diferentes entidades internacionais.

A função terá como principal objetivo assegurar, de forma autónoma, a gestão contabilística e fiscal de empresas em Espanha, garantindo o correto tratamento da informação financeira, o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e legais e a articulação com entidades espanholas.

Função

Será responsável pela contabilidade das entidades espanholas, acompanhando todo o ciclo contabilístico e fiscal, desde o registo das operações até à preparação das contas anuais e respetivas obrigações declarativas.

A posição exige experiência consolidada em contabilidade e fiscalidade, autonomia técnica e domínio do idioma espanhol.

Responsabilidades

  • Classificar e contabilizar faturas de fornecedores, clientes e outros devedores e credores;
  • Assegurar a correta contabilização das operações das entidades espanholas;
  • Gerir integralmente os ativos fixos, incluindo: manutenção e controlo do cadastro; lançamentos contabilísticos; abates; cálculo de amortizações e depreciações; preparação dos respetivos relatórios fiscais;
  • Acompanhar e controlar projetos de investimento em curso;
  • Reconciliar e analisar contas correntes de fornecedores, clientes e outros devedores e credores;
  • Preparar e submeter obrigações fiscais e declarativas;
  • Preparar as contas anuais;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações legais aplicáveis perante as entidades espanholas;
  • Gerir autonomamente as responsabilidades contabilísticas e fiscais das empresas sob responsabilidade;
  • Manter contacto direto com entidades e interlocutores em Espanha.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Formação superior em Contabilidade, Finanças ou área relacionada;
  • Experiência sólida em contabilidade e fiscalidade, para além do registo ou conferência documental;
  • Conhecimento da legislação fiscal e legal espanhola;
  • Experiência na preparação de obrigações fiscais e declarativas;
  • Capacidade para gerir autonomamente processos contabilísticos;
  • Conhecimentos de tributação;
  • Experiência com SAP;
  • Fluência em português e espanhol;
  • Capacidade para comunicar diretamente com entidades espanholas;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office e ferramentas informáticas de suporte à função;
  • Autonomia, rigor e capacidade de organização.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Fluência em inglês;
  • Conhecimentos de IFRS;
  • Experiência anterior com empresas ou grupos com operações em Espanha;
  • Experiência na gestão de ativos fixos;
  • Experiência na preparação de contas anuais.

Procuramos experiência técnica suficiente para assumir, com autonomia, a contabilidade e fiscalidade das empresas espanholas.

O domínio do espanhol é essencial, não apenas para trabalhar com documentação contabilística e fiscal, mas também porque a função terá contacto e representação direta junto de entidades e interlocutores em Espanha.
