Estamos a recrutar um(a) Data Scientist para integrar a criação de um AI & Data Hub de âmbito europeu, orientado para impulsionar soluções avançadas de Analytics e Inteligência Artificial em múltiplos mercados e setores de atividade.

Esta função posiciona-se no centro de iniciativas estratégicas de elevado impacto, contribuindo para decisões baseadas em modelos preditivos, experimentação avançada e geração de insights acionáveis.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá desenvolver e validar modelos de Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial, trabalhando de forma colaborativa com especialistas de domínio e equipas técnicas, assegurando que as soluções desenvolvidas respondem a necessidades reais de negócio e criam valor mensurável.

Responsabilidades

Conduzir experiências para validação de hipóteses e otimização de desempenho de modelos

Extrair insights acionáveis a partir de dados estruturados e não estruturados

Colaborar com especialistas de domínio para garantir alinhamento entre modelos e objetivos de negócio

Desenhar e desenvolver modelos preditivos, prescritivos e generativos

Acompanhar tendências emergentes em IA, integrando boas práticas e técnicas inovadoras

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Licenciatura em Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia Informática, Ciências da Computação ou área equivalente

Experiência entre 3 e 5 anos em funções de Data Science ou Analytics avançado

Conhecimentos avançados de Machine Learning, Deep Learning e modelação estatística

Forte domínio de linguagens como Python ou R e familiaridade com frameworks de ML

Experiência no desenho de experiências e validação de modelos

Competência em data wrangling e feature engineering

Capacidade de comunicar conceitos técnicos complexos a audiências não técnicas

Valorizamos Adicionalmente

Experiência prévia em contextos de consultoria ou projetos estratégicos

Conhecimentos de modelação financeira e integração com analytics preditivo

Exposição a práticas de MLOps e colocação de modelos em ambientes produtivos
