A Elevus está a recrutar um(a) Engenheiro(a) Coordenador(a) de Produção para integrar uma unidade industrial na área de equipamentos eletromecânicos, com responsabilidade pela gestão de equipas e otimização de processos produtivos.

Procuramos um perfil com forte presença no terreno, orientado a resultados e melhoria contínua.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gestão e coordenação de equipas de produção;
  • Planeamento e registo de ordens de produção;
  • Definição e implementação de instruções de trabalho;
  • Coordenação e acompanhamento de projetos/obras;
  • Análise de tempos e otimização de processos;
  • Elaboração de documentação técnica (ex.: packing lists);
  • Contacto com fornecedores para desenvolvimento de soluções e materiais;
  • Implementação de práticas de melhoria contínua.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica ou Eletromecânica;
  • Experiência em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente na produção de equipamentos eletromecânicos;
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas de gestão de produção;
  • Experiência com ERP (PRIMAVERA, SAP, PHC ou similares);
  • Conhecimentos de Lean / Six Sigma;
  • Inglês nível avançado (C1);
  • Perfil organizado, resiliente e orientado a KPI's e resultados;
  • Gosto pelo trabalho em fábrica e resolução de problemas.
