A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) HR Business Partner para integrar uma empresa multinacional assumindo a gestão e o acompanhamento de Recursos Humanos das delegações de Santa Apolónia, Alcântara e Setúbal.

Procuramos um profissional próximo do negócio, com experiência relevante em recrutamento e capacidade para trabalhar de forma transversal com diferentes departamentos, contribuindo para a implementação da estratégia de Recursos Humanos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gerir processos de recrutamento e seleção para diferentes áreas da organização, nomeadamente Engenharia, Comercial e Operações;
  • Identificar necessidades de contratação em conjunto com as chefias e departamentos internos;
  • Conduzir todas as fases dos processos de recrutamento, desde o levantamento do perfil até à seleção e integração dos candidatos;
  • Assegurar o onboarding dos novos colaboradores, promovendo uma integração estruturada e positiva;
  • Gerir o ciclo de vida do colaborador, assegurando os processos de admissão, alterações contratuais e demais procedimentos administrativos;
  • Gerir e acompanhar a Medicina do Trabalho, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações legais e a articulação com as entidades competentes;
  • Coordenar e monitorizar o processo de Avaliação de Desempenho, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e apoiando as chefias ao longo do processo;
  • Atuar como parceiro das diferentes áreas de negócio, prestando apoio e aconselhamento em temas de Recursos Humanos;
  • Contribuir para a definição e implementação da estratégia de Recursos Humanos, alinhada com os objetivos da organização;
  • Acompanhar as necessidades das delegações de Santa Apolónia, Alcântara, Setúbal e Huelva;
  • Promover uma comunicação próxima entre os Recursos Humanos, as chefias e os colaboradores;
  • Participar na melhoria, implementação e otimização de políticas, processos e iniciativas internas de Recursos Humanos;
  • Elaborar, gerir e acompanhar o orçamento da área de Recursos Humanos;
  • Organizar e coordenar eventos corporativos e iniciativas internas dirigidas aos colaboradores;
  • Acompanhar indicadores relacionados com recrutamento, integração e gestão de pessoas.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou área similar;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 4 anos em funções de HR Business Partner, Generalista de Recursos Humanos ou Talent Acquisition;
  • Experiência comprovada na gestão de processos de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Capacidade para recrutar perfis técnicos, comerciais e operacionais;
  • Forte orientação para o negócio e visão estratégica da função de Recursos Humanos;
  • Experiência na implementação e acompanhamento de processos de onboarding;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes interlocutores;
  • Autonomia, organização e capacidade de gestão de várias prioridades;
  • Perfil proativo, próximo e orientado para a resolução de problemas;
  • Disponibilidade para acompanhar presencialmente as diferentes delegações;
  • Fluente em Inglês.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência em ambientes operacionais, industriais, logísticos ou de engenharia;
  • Experiência na gestão de Recursos Humanos em diferentes localizações;
  • Conhecimentos de indicadores e ferramentas de gestão de Recursos Humanos;
