A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de IAM Consultant, para integração numa equipa especializada em Cibersegurança, com participação em projetos de transformação tecnológica e implementação de soluções de Identity & Access Management.

A função terá uma forte componente técnica, com foco em integração, desenvolvimento, customização e automação de soluções IAM, trabalhando com diferentes sistemas, aplicações e equipas de IT e Segurança.

Função

Será responsável por participar no desenho, implementação e evolução de soluções de Identity & Access Management, apoiando processos de gestão de identidades, autenticação, autorização e governação de acessos.

A posição exige experiência prática em desenvolvimento e integração de soluções IAM, não sendo orientada para perfis exclusivamente de suporte.

Responsabilidades

  • Participar na definição e desenvolvimento de estratégias e arquiteturas de cibersegurança;
  • Identificar riscos relacionados com processos, sistemas e projetos tecnológicos no âmbito de IAM;
  • Identificar lacunas de segurança nas arquiteturas existentes e propor melhorias;
  • Implementar políticas de controlo de acessos, incluindo RBAC, ABAC e MFA;
  • Apoiar tecnicamente a implementação, configuração e integração de plataformas IAM;
  • Integrar aplicações com soluções de gestão de identidades e acessos;
  • Desenvolver conectores e funcionalidades associadas às plataformas IAM;
  • Automatizar processos de gestão de identidades através de scripts e workflows;
  • Trabalhar sobre processos de onboarding, alteração de função e offboarding;
  • Apoiar processos de autenticação e autorização;
  • Trabalhar com equipas de IT em processos de incidentes, alterações, configurações e problemas;
  • Participar na definição de medidas de resposta a incidentes relacionados com identidades e acessos;
  • Apoiar avaliações de conformidade com frameworks de segurança;
  • Colaborar com equipas de Segurança, Compliance e Auditoria;
  • Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas na área de Identity & Access Management.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Entre 3 e 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções IAM;
  • Experiência prática em integração, customização e automação de plataformas IAM;
  • Experiência na implementação de soluções de Identity & Access Management;
  • Experiência no desenho e implementação de processos de gestão e governação de identidades;
  • Conhecimentos de linguagens relevantes para contexto IAM, como: Java; BeanShell; JavaScript; XML; SQL; PowerShell e/ou Python;
  • Experiência na integração com LDAP, Active Directory e/ou Microsoft Entra ID;
  • Conhecimentos de protocolos de autenticação como SAML, OAuth 2.0 e OpenID Connect;
  • Experiência com pelo menos uma solução IAM relevante, como SailPoint, Ping Identity ou Microsoft Entra ID;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento ou configuração de integrações e conectores;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com equipas técnicas e de segurança em ambientes complexos.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência avançada com SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Experiência com Ping Identity;
  • Certificações SailPoint ou Ping Identity;
  • Conhecimentos de CyberArk ou outras soluções PAM;
  • Experiência no desenho e implementação de soluções PAM;
  • Certificações relacionadas com PAM;
  • Conhecimentos de frameworks como NIST, ISO 27001 e CIS Controls;
  • Conhecimentos de RGPD, DORA, PSD2 ou outros requisitos regulatórios;
  • Experiência em processos ITIL ou práticas equivalentes;
  • Experiência em projetos internacionais.

  • Boa capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade de comunicação com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Autonomia na execução de tarefas técnicas;
  • Facilidade de adaptação a ambientes multi-projeto;
  • Interesse por evolução tecnológica na área de Cybersecurity e IAM.
