Procuramos um IAM Specialist / IAM Lead com experiência em SailPoint IdentityIQ para assegurar a gestão operacional, evolução funcional e expansão de uma plataforma de Identity & Access Management (IAM).

A função combina administração da solução, desenho e implementação de integrações e melhoria dos processos de governação de identidades e acessos, em articulação com as iniciativas de transformação digital e cibersegurança da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar a administração e operação diária da plataforma SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Liderar iniciativas de evolução e expansão da plataforma IAM;
  • Desenhar e implementar integrações entre SailPoint e aplicações corporativas;
  • Gerir o ciclo de vida das identidades, incluindo processos de entrada, mobilidade interna e saída de colaboradores (Joiner, Mover, Leaver);
  • Definir e otimizar workflows de aprovisionamento e desprovisionamento de acessos;
  • Coordenar campanhas de recertificação de acessos e revisões periódicas de privilégios;
  • Apoiar a definição e manutenção de matrizes de acesso e modelos de controlo de acesso baseados em funções (RBAC);
  • Garantir a qualidade e integridade dos dados de identidade;
  • Articular com as equipas de Segurança, Infraestrutura, Aplicações e Recursos Humanos, assegurando o alinhamento dos processos IAM;
  • Analisar necessidades de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos funcionais e técnicos para a plataforma;
  • Produzir documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e normas de IAM;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando evidências e relatórios de conformidade.

Requisitos

  • Entre 3 e 8 anos de experiência em Identity & Access Management;
  • Experiência comprovada em SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Experiência na implementação e configuração de conectores e integrações;
  • Experiência em gestão de acessos, recertificação e governação de identidades;
  • Experiência em ambientes Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (anteriormente Azure AD) e sistemas corporativos;
  • Experiência na interação com equipas de negócio e equipas técnicas;
  • Capacidade para traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos.

Valorizamos

  • Certificações SailPoint;
  • Certificações em IAM ou Segurança, como SC-300, CISSP ou CISM;
  • Experiência em setores regulados, como banca, seguros ou energia;
  • Participação em programas de transformação IAM em larga escala.

Procuramos um profissional capaz de assegurar a operação da plataforma SailPoint IdentityIQ e contribuir para a sua evolução, conciliando conhecimento técnico com compreensão dos processos de negócio e das necessidades de governação de acessos.

Deverá demonstrar rigor na gestão de identidades e privilégios, capacidade para coordenar iniciativas de integração e melhoria e facilidade de comunicação com diferentes interlocutores. A autonomia e a capacidade de articulação entre equipas serão relevantes para assegurar processos IAM consistentes e alinhados com as necessidades da organização.
