A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Key Account Manager – Indústria 4.0 para integrar uma empresa tecnológica especializada no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções nas áreas de ICT, IoT, automação e transformação digital.

Procuramos um profissional com experiência comercial no setor industrial, capaz de identificar novas oportunidades de negócio, compreender os desafios operacionais dos clientes e apresentar soluções tecnológicas ajustadas aos contextos de Indústria e Logística 4.0.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio junto de empresas do setor industrial;
  • Realizar prospeção comercial e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes;
  • Analisar o mercado, a concorrência e as tendências tecnológicas, propondo estratégias de crescimento;
  • Gerir e fortalecer relações comerciais com clientes, parceiros e fornecedores;
  • Compreender os processos produtivos e logísticos dos clientes, identificando necessidades de melhoria e digitalização;
  • Adaptar o portefólio de soluções tecnológicas às necessidades específicas de cada organização;
  • Preparar, apresentar e negociar propostas técnico-comerciais;
  • Liderar apresentações e discussões comerciais e técnicas com clientes e parceiros;
  • Negociar soluções, condições comerciais e contratos com clientes e fornecedores;
  • Participar em feiras, eventos e iniciativas de networking em representação da empresa;
  • Recolher e transmitir à Direção Comercial informação sobre necessidades dos clientes, tendências e evolução do mercado;
  • Trabalhar em articulação com as equipas de engenharia, operações e desenvolvimento de produto;
  • Garantir um acompanhamento próximo dos projetos e uma experiência de cliente de elevada qualidade.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Engenharia Mecânica, Automação Industrial ou área semelhante, preferencialmente;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções comerciais semelhantes, idealmente próxima dos 5 anos;
  • Experiência em empresas integradoras de soluções industriais ou tecnológicas;
  • Conhecimentos gerais de processos de chão de fábrica e operações logísticas;
  • Capacidade para compreender requisitos técnicos e desenhar soluções ajustadas às necessidades dos clientes;
  • Experiência na elaboração, apresentação e negociação de propostas técnico-comerciais;
  • Forte orientação para objetivos, resultados e desenvolvimento de negócio;
  • Capacidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Visão analítica e estratégica;
  • Organização, autonomia, dinamismo e proatividade;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com equipas técnicas e comerciais;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita — fator eliminatório;
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações em território nacional e, pontualmente, ao estrangeiro.

Valorizamos

  • Carteira de contactos em médias e grandes empresas do setor industrial;
  • Experiência comercial em soluções de IoT, automação, conectividade, digitalização ou Indústria 4.0;
  • Conhecimentos de tecnologias aplicadas à otimização de processos industriais e logísticos;
  • Domínio da língua espanhola.
