Estamos a recrutar um(a) Manager | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant para integrar projetos de transformação digital na área de Capital Humano, com foco na implementação de soluções SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

A função destina-se a consultores experientes que pretendam assumir um papel relevante em projetos de implementação end-to-end, contribuindo para a modernização dos processos de Recursos Humanos através das soluções mais recentes da SAP.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável pela implementação de soluções SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, participando na análise de requisitos, desenho funcional, configuração da solução, migração de dados, testes e acompanhamento da entrada em produção. Poderá igualmente assumir responsabilidades de coordenação técnica e funcional em projetos de maior dimensão.

Responsabilidades

Implementar soluções SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central em projetos nacionais e internacionais

Conduzir workshops de levantamento de requisitos funcionais com clientes

Desenhar e configurar soluções alinhadas com os processos de Recursos Humanos

Participar em atividades de migração de dados, testes, validação e Go-Live

Produzir documentação funcional e de projeto

Colaborar com equipas SAP e outras equipas de implementação para garantir uma integração eficaz das soluções

Apoiar clientes na definição de processos e melhores práticas de gestão de Capital Humano

Participar em iniciativas de pré-venda e desenvolvimento de negócio

Acompanhar a evolução das soluções SAP SuccessFactors e respetivas boas práticas

Apoiar e orientar consultores mais juniores quando necessário

Requisitos

Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Tecnologias de Informação, Gestão ou área equivalente

Entre 4 e 8 anos de experiência em SAP SuccessFactors

Experiência obrigatória em SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Experiência em projetos de implementação SAP SuccessFactors em contexto de consultoria

Forte interesse pela transformação digital na área de Recursos Humanos

Fluência em português e inglês

Valorizamos

Experiência em SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Certificação SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ou Employee Central Payroll

Experiência em migração de dados, testes e Go-Live

Experiência na coordenação funcional de equipas e projetos

Perfil Procurado
