Estamos a recrutar um(a) MLOps Specialist para integrar a criação de um AI & Data Hub de âmbito europeu, orientado para acelerar a adoção de soluções avançadas de Inteligência Artificial e Analytics em múltiplos mercados.

A função assume um papel crítico na industrialização de modelos de Machine Learning, assegurando que soluções de IA evoluem de protótipos experimentais para sistemas produtivos robustos, monitorizados e escaláveis.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável pelo desenho e implementação de frameworks de MLOps que suportem o ciclo de vida completo dos modelos de IA, desde o treino à colocação em produção e reentrenamento contínuo. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com data scientists, AI engineers e arquitetos cloud, garantindo integração fluida dos modelos nos sistemas empresariais.

Responsabilidades

Automatizar a colocação em produção e versionamento de modelos em diferentes ambientes

Monitorizar desempenho e drift dos modelos, assegurando precisão e estabilidade ao longo do tempo

Gerir o ciclo completo de vida da IA, incluindo treino, deployment e retraining

Implementar pipelines CI/CD para atualizações rápidas e fiáveis de modelos

Garantir conformidade com frameworks de governação, risco e segurança

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Ciências da Computação ou área equivalente

Mais de 3 anos de experiência em funções de MLOps ou ML Engineering

Forte domínio de Python e experiência com frameworks como TensorFlow ou PyTorch

Experiência prática com plataformas cloud, como Azure, AWS ou GCP, e com containerização através de Docker e Kubernetes

Conhecimento de ferramentas CI/CD, como GitHub Actions ou Jenkins, e frameworks de monitorização de modelos

Familiaridade com pipelines de dados, integração via APIs e boas práticas de segurança

Inglês fluente, escrito e falado
