Estamos a recrutar um(a) Product Manager para integrar a criação de um AI & Data Hub de âmbito europeu, orientado para acelerar a adoção de soluções avançadas de Inteligência Artificial e Data & Analytics em múltiplos mercados.

A função assume um papel central na definição, validação e escalabilidade de produtos digitais e soluções tecnológicas baseadas em IA, combinando visão estratégica, rigor analítico e capacidade de execução. Trata-se de uma posição com forte exposição a programas de transformação e impacto direto na geração de valor para clientes.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável pela gestão end to end de casos de uso de IA e Analytics, incluindo Proof of Concepts e iniciativas de industrialização. Atuará como ponte entre equipas de negócio e equipas técnicas, garantindo que os produtos desenvolvidos são viáveis do ponto de vista tecnológico e relevantes do ponto de vista estratégico.

Responsabilidades

Priorizar iniciativas de IA com base em impacto, viabilidade técnica e alinhamento estratégico

Traduzir desafios de negócio em casos de uso claros de IA e Data & Analytics, assegurando valor mensurável

Gerir backlog e roadmap de produto, garantindo entregas atempadas

Liderar a gestão end to end de POCs, incluindo definição de âmbito, avaliação de dados, coordenação de parceiros, experimentação e análise de resultados

Coordenar atividades de ativação, incluindo comunicação, onboarding e suporte

Assegurar alinhamento entre desenvolvimento de produto, requisitos de negócio e expectativas do cliente

Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com data scientists, ML engineers e especialistas de domínio para definição de requisitos e sucesso na implementação de modelos

Monitorizar métricas de adoção e desempenho, promovendo melhoria contínua

Definir métricas de sucesso para entregáveis de IA e garantir aplicação de princípios de IA responsável e governação de dados

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Engenharia, Data Science ou área equivalente

Mais de 5 anos de experiência comprovada em gestão de produto, preferencialmente em contexto digital ou tecnológico

Experiência prática com produtos de IA, Machine Learning ou Advanced Analytics, incluindo liderança de POCs ou MVPs em contexto empresarial

Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban

Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de produto, como Jira, Confluence ou Trello

Capacidade de interpretar dados e tomar decisões orientadas por insights

Conhecimento do ciclo de vida de Machine Learning, incluindo pipelines de dados, experimentação, deployment e MLOps será valorizado

Inglês fluente, escrito e falado
