The posting

Estamos a reforçar a nossa estrutura com a contratação de um(a) Responsável de Armazém, com experiência sólida em gestão de stocks, negociação com fornecedores e logística, para garantir o bom funcionamento da cadeia de abastecimento e o apoio operacional à produção.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir stocks de armazém e matérias-primas destinadas à produção interna e subcontratada (metalomecânica);
  • Negociar condições com subcontratados e fornecedores estratégicos;
  • Garantir o fornecimento eficiente, atempado e em conformidade com os requisitos de qualidade e produção;
  • Supervisionar equipa de armazém (3 pessoas);
  • Coordenar embalamento e expedições de materiais;
  • Participar no inventário anual em articulação com o departamento financeiro;
  • Colaborar com as áreas de Qualidade e Segurança;
  • Otimizar processos de logística e aprovisionamento.

Perfil Pretendido:

  • Formação superior (preferencial em Engenharia Mecânica);
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções semelhantes;
  • Fluência em Inglês (francês valorizado);
  • Conhecimentos em ferramentas de gestão de stocks, compras e logística;
  • Capacidade de liderança, organização e visão estratégica;
  • Carta de condução e disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais na Europa (1 a 2 vezes/ano).

Valorizamos:

  • Certificações em Gestão de Stocks, Compras ou Logística;
  • Conhecimento de processos industriais (preferencialmente metalomecânica).
