Estamos a recrutar um(a) SAP Finance Manager para liderar projetos de elevada complexidade no domínio financeiro, com foco nos módulos FI, CO e Project Systems, no contexto de programas de transformação digital SAP S/4HANA.

A função assume um papel estratégico na governação de projetos, liderança de equipas e relacionamento com stakeholders, garantindo a entrega de soluções financeiras robustas, integradas e alinhadas com os objetivos de negócio.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá liderar iniciativas end-to-end de SAP Finance, incluindo implementações, rollouts e transformações S/4HANA, com impacto direto na otimização de processos financeiros, controlo de gestão e gestão de projetos de investimento.

Responsabilidades

Liderar projetos SAP Finance end-to-end, incluindo implementações, rollouts e transformações S/4HANA

Desenhar e implementar soluções nos módulos:

– FI (contabilidade geral, ativos, contas a pagar e a receber, tesouraria)

– CO (centros de custo, centros de lucro, ordens internas, costing e análise de rentabilidade)

– PS (estruturas WBS, orçamentação, liquidação e integração financeira)

Garantir uma visão integrada entre FI e outros módulos, nomeadamente MM, SD e PM

Gerir e desenvolver equipas onshore e offshore, promovendo crescimento técnico e funcional

Atuar como trusted advisor junto de clientes, liderando workshops e fóruns de decisão

Assegurar controlo de âmbito, prazos, orçamento, risco e qualidade das entregas

Apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócio e pré-venda

Contribuir para a evolução de metodologias, aceleradores e boas práticas SAP

Requisitos

Mais de 8 anos de experiência em SAP Finance

Experiência sólida em projetos SAP S/4HANA (implementação e/ou conversão)

Experiência comprovada como Manager ou Lead Consultant

Forte capacidade de comunicação com stakeholders de negócio e IT

Experiência em gestão, coaching e desenvolvimento de equipas

Fluência em português e inglês

Valorizamos

Experiência nos setores de Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Transportes ou Industrial

Experiência em AMS com foco evolutivo e otimização contínua

Certificações SAP relevantes (FI/CO, S/4HANA, PS, PM)
